A fast-growing, dynamic organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their team on an initial 6-month basis, with the potential to become a permanent post. This is a hands-on role requiring someone confident in managing the day-to-day finance function and reporting directly to senior leadership. About you

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years' experience
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role
  • Strong technical background with experience in management accounts, reporting, and budgeting
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to provide financial insight to senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, controls, and risk management

What you'll do

  • Manage all financial operations: payroll, invoicing, banking, accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and board presentations
  • Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Support and develop the finance team as the company grows
