A fast-growing, dynamic organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their team on an initial 6-month basis, with the potential to become a permanent post. This is a hands-on role requiring someone confident in managing the day-to-day finance function and reporting directly to senior leadership. About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years' experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role
- Strong technical background with experience in management accounts, reporting, and budgeting
- Commercially aware, with the ability to provide financial insight to senior leaders
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, controls, and risk management
What you'll do
- Manage all financial operations: payroll, invoicing, banking, accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and board presentations
- Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
