Financial Accountant ( Tech, 1-2 days office! )

This person will be a key part of the Group Reporting team and work with the FP&A and Financial operations team as this exciting company embarks through this continued growth phase of the company.

About you

• Chartered accountant qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• 1+ years post qualified experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis to support management decision making
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial accounts
• Analyse financial performance and identify trends to drive performance improvement
• Provide financial insight and analysis to stakeholders across the business
• Prepare and manage financial reporting of the group to various stakeholders on a timely basis
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
