VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with an innovative global manufacturer based in Cookstown to recruit a progressive Financial Accountant to take on a key role within the finance team.

About you
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
What you'll do:
- Engage regularly with all commercial aspects of the business and provide comprehensive, proactive, and value-added finance support and guidance to other Functions within the business.
- Support the preparation of monthly / annual (consolidated) management accounts for all entities
- Business performance reporting, including costing analysis.
- Assist in compilation of budgets and forecasts: analyse and review expenditure and cashflows.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Support to the statutory audit, preparation, and submission of all audit deliverables in a timely manner and interaction with external auditors.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns, such as grant claims and VAT.
- Support and guidance to the Finance transactional teams
