FINANCE MANAGER - HYBRID WORKING OPPORTUNITY

Vanrath are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading construction company in helping recruit for a Finance Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing day to day finance aspects of the finance function.
- Processing of all financial transactions for the company to trial balance level including the Accounts Payable and Credit Control functions.
- Managing the company cash flow, liaising with Group for cash requirements
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts including month end journals, analysis, KPI's and submission to group for consolidation
- Manage fixed assets registers
- Manage teh Accounts Payable function
- Producing the annual budget for the business along with monthly and quarterly profit and loss and balance sheet forecasts.
- Leading, motivating and engaging a team of finance people to ensure work undertaken is accurate, timely, and efficient along with sustained engagement and motivation.
REQUIREMENTS;
- Extensive financial accounting experience to trial balance and management level
- Strong knowledge and experience of Excel
- Extensive understanding of finance systems and required controls
- Excellent understanding of Processes / Accounting Principles
- Accuracy and high level attention to detail
- Experience of working within a team and managing a team
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
