Reporting into the Group Head of Business Support, you will play a key role in guiding the business through informed financial and strategic decisions.

The role:

Duties include;

• Serve as a trusted Finance Partner, supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making across the division.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand and support their financial needs.
• Lead discussions on long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting to shape the future of the business.
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives, highlighting their financial benefits.
• Use financial analysis to influence business and finance leadership teams.
• Assess financial opportunities and risks and develop plans to capitalise on or mitigate them.
• Prepare analysis for executive-level presentations.
