The role:

Reporting into the FC, this hugely commercial role is looking for someone that has Management Accounts experience but ultimately has Finance Business Partnering experience and is comfortable working closely with the FC to provide real value-add to the business.

  • Assist with and report month-end close
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and business reports to senior management.
  • Responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities of the division.
  • Assist with the year-end external audit and taxation process (ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements and internal group reporting deadlines).
  • Continued monitoring and review of operational costs to ensure tight cost management and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Adhoc financial modelling.
  • Monitoring and review of monthly financial controls.
  • Production of rolling forecasts and annual budget for presentation to senior management.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • A minimum of 2 years Management Accounts experience
  • Ideally has at least 1 year in a Finance Business Partnering role, working closely with decision makers.
