Facilities Administrator

Job Description

Vanrath Recruitment is currently seeking a Facilities Administrator for our client, an innovative engineering company based near Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close and dynamic team and to play a key role in the smooth running of the company's facilities.


  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of the company's facilities, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety team to ensure that all facilities meet regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with other departments, such as IT and HR, to coordinate facilities-related activities
  • Maintain accurate records of facilities-related activities and expenses


  • Proven experience in a facilities or property management role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software
