Are you an experienced Fabricator? Interested in working in a productive workshop environment for an established precision engineer and CNC specialist?

VANRATH are recruiting a Fabricator to join a dynamic engineering team to provide support on a variety of Aerospace and Precision Engineering projects.

Remuneration:
£12.50ph to £14.50ph DOE (overtime availability)

Our client is a market leader, providing precision engineering and composite finishing support to a variety of sectors, including Aerospace and Automotive.

Operating from a modern 72,000sq. ft. facility, the key services they provide include a wide range of CNC work, Composite Preparation and Finishing, Metal Stock Holding, 3D Scanning, Chemical Coating, Powder Coating and Assembly.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide high standard welding and fabrication support as part of the workshop team.
• Accurately interpret detailed engineering drawings and action as appropriate.
• Operate a variety of machinery as required.
• Adhere to company Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and productive workshop environment.

The Ideal Person:

• 3+ years' experience in Welding/Fabrication in a dynamic workshop environment.
• Background in Precision Engineering.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
