£55,000 - £65,000 + 15-20% bonus

VANRATH are delighted to be representing an award-winning and reputable manufacturing business in County Tyrone, that now have a requirement for an Engineering Manager on a full-time permanent basis.You will be rewarded with an attractive salary and benefit structure, with autonomy in a vital managerial position.
The ideal person:
- Experience in quality, process and design engineering
- Mechanical Engineering experience
- Relevant degree education
- Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing understanding
As the Engineering Manager, duties will include:
- Oversee key operations and take the lead on valuable projects.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership to your team, ensuring a collaborative approach to success
- Report weekly to management on project progress and provide ideas for process improvements
