Our client operates two state-of-the-art production facilities, each benefiting from significant investment to boost production capabilities. They are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves managing data analytics, designing data processes, and improving reporting systems to support business operations. You will play a key role in providing high-quality analysis and actionable insights that contribute to the strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive data analytics.
- Design and oversee data processes and data flows.
- Enhance existing reporting systems.
- Provide analytics support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Analyse issues to identify root causes.
- Produce regular reports on business activity and outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to align data collection with business needs.
- Create presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
Essential Criteria:
- A third level qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience with business ERP systems.
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar data analysis role.
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to meet business demands.
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in FMCG, preferably within a product-based environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (Navision) ERP system.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes.
- Capacity to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A valid passport.
