Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Client with the Recruitment of a Customer Support Executive to join their growing and dynamic team based in their Belfast Office.

Salary - £23,000 - £24,000 + Fantastic Benefits + Yearly Bonus

Hours - Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00


  • Responsible for Liaising with customers on sales and service issues, by telephone or email.
  • Responsible for coordinating and completing label/booklet design from concept to finished product.
  • Manage the contract review process for each order and be responsible for customer liaison from initial inquiry through to delivery.
  • Define customer's requirements, organize quotations and acknowledge the same with the customer.
  • Ensure that customer's product and other requirements are defined, recorded and communicated through to the relevant functions within the company.
  • Plan out jobs for production to achieve the most cost-effective output with assistance from the Estimator or Technical Manager when required.
  • Carry out the purchasing functions for all originations and proof requirements and progress approvals from the Customers
  • Progressing artwork and proofs through to final approval by liaising with the customer and suppliers.

  • Be a team player who can effectively perform both as part of a team and using your initiative to help colleagues when necessary
