The Ideal Person

If you've 2-3+ years' experience working in customer success/solutions development and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity:

  • Strong Background with REST APIs.
  • Some knowledge in atleast one modern language, ie; Java, Python, C# etc
  • Ability and drive to learn new technologies (languages, tools, frameworks) quickly.
  • Experience of Google cloud platform/Amazon Web Services (desirable)
  • Self-motivated and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Engineer you will:

  • Demonstrate and design compelling solutions to their client base.
  • Have experience with cutting edge, new technologies and a keen interested to learn in that area.
  • Discuss architecture, design complex solutions, and guide clients to successful infrastructure operations.
  • Work closely with their technical operations and business operations teams on critical issues by troubleshooting technical problems in data flow or configuration.
  • Ensure product road-maps align with the client needs.
