VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Service Agent for a Global market leader that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a thriving organisation.
This role is based in the company's Cookstown office. This is a Temporary (Maternity Cover) position.
Shifts are Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
£21,600 per year + Fantastic Benefits package
- Responsible for domestic shipping to UK & Ireland.
- Assist with customer service queries via email or telephone and delegating tasks appropriately to the relevant departments.
- Receiving post and processing into appropriate workflow.
Keeping tracking log up to date while shipping ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Posting invoice batches at end of day.
Scanning and filing of processed orders.
Assisting other team members when requested.
Any other administrative duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 1-2 years Office Administration experience.
Reliable and professional.
- Confident and approachable telephone manner.
Good communication skills and administrative skills.
Ability to work as a team and independently.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Be able to adapt with flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
