Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary - Open to Negotiation + Benefits Package
Hours - Flexible Start Times , Core hours Mon-Fri- 09:00-17:00
Position Summary:
This role supports operational efficiency by overseeing the intake of customer orders, ensuring system accuracy, and contributing to effective service delivery scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, validate, and process customer orders within internal systems.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve service-related issues.
- Manage forecasting, scheduling, or predictive tools to optimise delivery and workflow planning.
Requirements:
- Proficient in office software and digital order-management tools.
- Strong communication abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to operate effectively within a busy, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in operations or customer service is preferred.
