Customer Service Administrator - Part-Time - Cookstown

Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator for a Global market leader that has a fantastic reputation. An amazing opportunity in a thriving organisation.

This role is based in the company's Cookstown office.

Shifts are Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm.

Salary

£15,000 per year + Fantastic Benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for domestic shipping to UK & Ireland.
  • Assist with customer service queries via email or telephone and delegating tasks appropriately to the relevant departments.
  • Receiving post and processing into appropriate workflow.
  • Keeping tracking log up to date while shipping ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Posting invoice batches at end of day.
  • Scanning and filing of processed orders.
  • Any other administrative duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1-2 years Office Administration experience.
  • Confident and approachable telephone manner.
  • Good communication skills and administrative skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Be able to adapt with flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Experience of invoicing is essential.
