The main purpose of this position is to act as the main point-of-contact for all customers, answering all queries regarding the company's products and services face to face or in writing, as appropriate.


About you

  • 2+ years' technical customer service experience
  • High level attention to detail
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational skills

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager's, Agents and Aftermarket service to produce quotations for the customer
  • Entering customer orders & providing an order acknowledgement emails to the customer
  • Follow up with Customers at each stage of contract - to keep updated
  • Check that all customer purchase orders and contracts meet the agreed terms & conditions, including pricing and delivery terms
  • Maintain CRM system
  • Input data into the order management system
