Commercial Manager
Location: Banbridge HQ
Salary: £50,000 + Commission + Company Car & Phone + Excellent Benefits Package
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
VANRATH is proud to be partnering with a leading retail brand in the recruitment of an experienced and personable Commercial Manager. This is a key appointment aimed at strengthening established client relationships and driving continued business growth across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company at their Banbridge headquarters. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 75 clients across Ireland, while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with the Commercial Director but will also have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio and drive results.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for all Irish customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead on securing new contracts across a range of products and services, negotiating with partners across multiple sites.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans aimed at expanding the company's market share and increasing revenue.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in alignment with the Commercial Director while independently managing your client base and delivering updates on progress.
Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities and influence strategic direction.
Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Established network within the shopping centre industry, with experience selling products or services to landlords or property managers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Driven, ambitious, and capable of working independently to meet targets
Full clean driving licence
