Job Description

A leading FMCG (Vapes) company has been rapidly expanding and is looking to add a Chief Executive Office to join their growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an FMCG experienced individual to join a company that has a fantastic reputation and one that is currently growing.

Permanent position.

Salary
£80,000 - £100,000 (Fully Negotiable) + All other benefits
Excellent benefits including company equipment

The Role:

CEO to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
  • Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team
  • Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

Essential Criteria:

  • 3 years recent experience within the FMCG industry at a Senior Level (Director up)
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
