Business Development Manager - Property

Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding salesperson to take on this property solution sales role, this award-winning company is growing and is seeking to appoint a candidate to focus on new business development.

Belfast based office with field-based sales.

Salary

  • Negotiable package + commission

The Ideal Person

  • 2+ years experience in field sales / business development / sales role (in property sales or lettings, or with a property history)
  • Experience in growing existing accounts and generating new business
  • Great negotiator and used to presenting to clients

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property and lettings market across Northern Ireland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct market research to support growth strategies.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Work closely with lettings, marketing, and property management teams.
  • Represent the company at networking events and client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and performance updates.
  • Meet set targets and track key performance indicators.
  • Support marketing and brand development activities.
  • Stay informed on local property regulations and market trends.
