The Ideal Person
- 2+ years experience in field sales / business development / sales role (in property sales or lettings, or with a property history)
- Experience in growing existing accounts and generating new business
- Great negotiator and used to presenting to clients
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property and lettings market across Northern Ireland.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and developers.
- Conduct market research to support growth strategies.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Work closely with lettings, marketing, and property management teams.
- Represent the company at networking events and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and performance updates.
- Meet set targets and track key performance indicators.
- Support marketing and brand development activities.
- Stay informed on local property regulations and market trends.
