VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with an innovative market leading business in helping recruit for a commercially astute Business Analysis Manager to take on a pivotal role within business as they go through a period of transformation.

Reporting to the General Manager the key responsibility of the Business Analysis Manager will be to conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget

About you

• Qualified Accountant or have a strong background in finance
• Exposure to ERP systems coupled with experience in integrating data from multiple sources
• Process improvement experience

The Role

• Analysis and provision of information from multiple systems across multiple sites.
• Business partner with sites to help improve financial and manufacturing performance.
• Identify opportunities for automations and efficiency improvements within the reporting and analysis processes.
• Responsible for Power BI reporting/maintenance across European sites. Providing training and encouraging adoption of relevant reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide analytical support.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, and other stakeholders.
