VANRATH are delighted to working with a growing company in Belfast. As Billing Specialist you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the Billing and Revenue functions.

What you'll do
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable: customer account setup, billing, collections, and revenue reporting.
- Generate, reconcile, and send accurate invoices.
- Daily cash application and reconciliation between bank and NetSuite.
- Verify signed contracts by reconciling with Salesforce for accurate ARR.
- Collaborate with customers and the sales team for accurate account and invoicing setup.
- Manage the Billing inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
- Oversee accounts receivable aging for account managers.
- Identify and implement process improvements in billing operations.
- Assist with the annual audit and various ad-hoc projects.
About you
- Minimum of 1 years experience in accounting or billing revenue
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- You will possess strong systems / IT skills, (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
- Proven record of meeting tight deadlines
