VANRATH are delighted to be working with a market leading, professional services provider in Belfast City centre, who are searching for a Billing Specialist to join their growing team. Due to recent acquisitions, the company are expanding their Billing team, this role will report to the AR manager.

What you'll do

  • Provide invoices to clients
  • Assist with e-billing
  • Assisting with the Credit Control function: monitoring the shared mailbox, client statements, monitoring debt
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Allocating bills and invoices to the ERP system, monitoring charges, resolving unallocated cash
  • Other ad hoc duties required

About you

  • Previous billing experience and credit control
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident individual with a professional attitude
