Are you an experienced Billing Analyst looking for a new challenge? VANRATH are delighted to be working with a growing company in Armagh who are searching for a Billing Analyst to join the Billing team and play a pivotal role in handing customer queries, ensuring timely completion of customer invoices. The Billing Analyst will maintain the Ledgers and implement systems and processes as needed.

What you'll do
- Oversee sales and purchase ledger
- Check invoices for errors and dispute with carriers.
- Analyse data for reconciliations and process improvements.
- Approve and email weekly invoices after reconciliation.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes.
- Perform Supplier Reconciliations on SAGE
- Maintain and update system rate cards for accurate billing
- Assist with annual system updates and communicate tariff changes
- Ensure timely and accurate addition of new charges to the billing system
- Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional interaction
- Effective planning and organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills for process improvement
