Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills and a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including at least a Grade C in English and Maths);
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities


As a Billing Administrator you will be responsible for:
General Responsibilities

  • Completing all necessary billing system transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Creating reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assisting with workflow management and quality checking
  • Providing billing support and advice to your colleagues and stakeholders
  • Providing month end overtime support when required
  • Dealing with miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects
  • Assisting other teams as and when cover is required
