Job Description

The Role

  • Provide resolutions for incidents impacting business applications
  • Manage application support issues
  • Provide relevant documentation to support business changes
  • Daily health checks are performed to maintain the performance of applications, scripts, and infrastructure.
  • Resolve critical system problems

The Ideal Person

  • 3+ years experience in a similar position
  • SUSE linux or other linux/unix admin skills
  • 3rd party supplier and application management
  • Ability to execute systems analysis to a high standard.
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies is desirable
  • Experience with Microfocus IAM products is desirable
