Role: Aftersales Administrator - Fixed-Term Contract - Lisburn

Job Overview

VANRATH are excited to support another widely recognised retail brand, who take great pride in continuously serving their customer base with a long line of trusted products. There is currently a need for an Aftersales Administrator to join the business on a Fixed-Term Contract basis.

  • Salary: £25,000
  • Lisburn
  • Hybrid available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve warranty issues.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely processing of warranty claims.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with manufacturer's warranties
