VANRATH are partnering with a large Public Sector organisation to find an experienced administrator to join their Procurement and costing team based in Ballymena.


Salary
This equivalent annual salary for this role is £10.50 per hour plus excellent holiday allowance.

The Ideal Person
4 GCSEs Grades A-C or equivalent to include English plus one year's clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial services to the Assistant Director and Senior Managers (
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support within the Central Admin Function and to other members of staff within the Directorate as required
  • Arrange meetings and provide administrative support at meetings including minute taking and issuing of relevant documentation
  • Establish and maintain filing systems to meet the needs of the Department
