Your profile...

  • 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above including English Language
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer facing environment or receptionist post with administrative duties
  • Confident with IT applications including MS Office


Summary of the role:
Reporting to the Programme Support Officer, the post holder will be the first point of contact for clients accessing the Organisation's services, while also providing administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing function and wider organisation. You will be responsible for greeting clients, addressing client queries, where possible, or directing to staff as per their needs.
