To be considered for this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a finance or credit control role with supervisory or leadership duties
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall IT proficiency
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead a high-performing team
As Accounts Receivable Team Lead, your core responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Finance Manager in managing the daily operations of the accounts receivable team
Collaborating with other team leaders to create and implement structured training and development plans
Overseeing the distribution and prioritisation of workloads across the team
Providing guidance and support on escalated queries and complex customer accounts
Holding regular one-to-one meetings with team members to drive performance and development
Playing a key role in managing debt recovery, aged receivables, and escalation processes
