About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a finance or credit control role with supervisory or leadership duties

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall IT proficiency

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead a high-performing team

What You'll Do

As Accounts Receivable Team Lead, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Finance Manager in managing the daily operations of the accounts receivable team

  • Collaborating with other team leaders to create and implement structured training and development plans

  • Overseeing the distribution and prioritisation of workloads across the team

  • Providing guidance and support on escalated queries and complex customer accounts

  • Holding regular one-to-one meetings with team members to drive performance and development

  • Playing a key role in managing debt recovery, aged receivables, and escalation processes
