What you'll do

  • Process invoices into ERP systems
  • Adhere to Accounts Payable policies and procedures
  • Resolve queries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare month-end accruals
  • Prepare month end supplier reconciliations

About you

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to communicate with vendors, senior management and team members
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience with SAP and other ERP Systems desirable
