Are you an experienced Accounts professional with an in-depth knowledge of the Accounts Payable process? This is an interim contract with a view to go permanent and offering the opportunity to join a market leading business, globally renowned for their innovative products.

Client

VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with a global manufacturer who are recruiting an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team on an initial interim contract. This is an ideal role for an experienced AP person who is comfortable working with multiple multi-national suppliers.

The Ideal Person

If you have 1+ years' finance experience;

  • Good understanding of the AP processes
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's (grades A-C or equivalent)

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing vendor requests
  • Maintain supplier files and records
  • Bank and statement reconciliations
  • Manage and resolve supplier disputes and queries
  • Ad hoc projects when required
