Post monthly journals and assist with general ledger activities
Support payroll-related finance tasks, including data analysis and reconciliation
Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations
Analyse data to support cash flow projections and financial reporting
Assist in preparing monthly P&L and budgeting forecasts
Support statutory accounts preparation for the Group
Aid year-end close and audit procedures
Manage and analyse payroll and accounting data sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified Accounting Technician (ATI / IATI)
Experience in accounting or finance support roles, ideally with payroll exposure
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Experience in professional services or a fast-paced environment preferred
Proactive with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
