Role Overview
The Account Handler will be part of the Commercial team and will:
Conduct detailed client assessments to ensure the right insurance solutions are provided
Support business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to help meet quarterly and annual targets
Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and ensure full compliance
Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service
Keep client records accurate and up to date within internal systems
Ideal Candidate
At least 1 year's experience in the insurance industry with focus on client management, lead generation, and sales performance
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and compliance requirements
Self-motivated, with a genuine passion for building and growing client relationships
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised
Strong verbal and written communication skills
