1. What led you to a career in recruitment, and specifically IT contract recruitment?

"Before recruitment, I was a telesales manager in a large telecoms and IT company. I was responsible for hiring my own team. I really enjoyed the hiring process and decided to pursue that passion full-time. I was drawn to IT contract recruitment because of its fast pace and the variety of roles and people I get to work with daily. It’s incredibly rewarding to help someone land their next opportunity or assist a company in finding the perfect specialist for a niche role."

"The people. I work with a brilliant team who are always supportive. We have a great time both in and out of the office with regular team events. Plus, working closely with amazing clients and candidates makes every day fulfilling."
