Quarter 3 is typically our busiest time of the year and this year has followed that same trend. Following a significant period of growth for VANRATH and the ever-evolving fast-paced market, we have detailed some key recruitment highlights as we move into Q4.

At VANRATH we continually monitor trends and developments within the market to ensure we provide the very highest quality advice and support to our clients and candidates. This in depth market knowledge has allowed us to partner successfully with many of Northern Ireland’s most successful companies and to provide key information to new companies entering the market.

We have detailed some key recruitment highlights as we move into Q4 below :

478 candidates have been placed by VANRATH in Quarter 3

The job market remains extremely busy. We have built hundreds of career success stories over the last 3 months and the most sought-after benefit remains to be flexible working over increasing pay, perks and career opportunities.

44% of our clients are Exclusive to VANRATH

Our consultants are here to consult. We provide fair and robust advice to our clients on how to be competitive in a busy candidate market. We have advised clients throughout Q3 on the benefits of flexible working, 4-day working weeks, and the importance of an attractive base salary. We delivered an interview-to-offer ratio of 3:1 and an offer-to-acceptance ratio of 5:4 which vastly exceeds the industry average.

Remaining skills gap

Continued talent shortages mean the market continues to be extremely candidate driven. Candidates can now command more competitive salaries, flexible working patterns, stronger study support and more detailed career development plans.

Expanded our team with 12 new hires

Our team have grown from strength to strength. Due to increased demand from our clients, we have significantly invested in our service delivery by expanding our recruitment team.
