X2 IT Business Analyst - 12 month Fixed term contract

Role Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and product developers to develop and implement key business and system processes.

This individual will also oversee coordinating important Project Management Office (PMO) functions, such as completing and monitoring required documentation and ensuring that PMO processes and regulations are followed. They will work on many of the 33 active projects when they join, as well as many others that are in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• System testing and data migration activities
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement to increase quality, efficiency, and/or value
• Identifying and gathering business requirements with key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement to improve quality, efficiency, and/or value
• Facilitating project collaboration by serving as a vital link between business users and internal/external technical teams.

Skills, qualifications, and knowledge required:

• Third-level degrees (in business, finance, or IT-related subjects) or a minimum of two year's experience as an analyst or in a similar role
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP (Is Desirable)
• Capacity to multi-task, prioritise work, and manage time to maximise efficiency and meet strong deadlines
• Strong analytic and reporting abilities
