They are the go-to company in their field and require an operations manager to come in and oversee the day-to-day running's of the business.

What you'll do

• Coordinating and Scheduling - This role will involve Managing Work Schedules for staff, Scheduling work, Coordinating Soft Services
• Managing Email inbox
• Managing Payroll from time to time - Ensuring staff get paid on time
• Administrative Support: data entry, create procedure documents, carry out policy reviews and issue updates, assist with training and development plans for staff, manage communications.. Deal with Fleet Management
• Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation associated
• Registering Vehicles
