Role Overview:
As a Web Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the digital strategy, supporting commercial and business growth through the implementation of mobile, data, UX, and customer engagement strategies. You will lead web operations and manage digital projects, ensuring continuous improvement of our web platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement mobile, data, UX, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide direction for web operations and lead digital projects across the business.
  • Support continuous improvement of the web platform.
  • Engage with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage digital supplier contracts and ensure effective project delivery.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g., Marketing, IT, Business, Web/Multimedia).
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in developing and improving a large, enterprise-level website.
  • Proficiency in system performance analysis and statistical reporting.
  • Experience in data analysis, presentation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in working within formal project environments and testing.
  • Strong background in managing internal and external customer engagement.
  • Experience with agile project management and handling multiple concurrent projects.
