As the surge in business continues, the skills and qualities of an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager is required to manage floor staff, goods in, dispatch, space/storage optimisation to meet customer demands.
The ideal person:
- Two years in a similar role
- Previous ERP/MRP experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
As the Warehouse Manager, duties will include:
- Oversee the warehouse team, delegating and motivating
- Ensure that products are received, stored and dispatched efficiently
- Responsibility for warehouse layout
- Undertake all vital administrative work related to warehouse operations
- Report to management on staff performance and any other HR-related queries
