To support the production and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team to unpack and organize stock with accuracy.
- Fulfill all orders to the highest standard.
- Unload deliveries and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare wholesale orders for delivery in cooperation with the wholesale team.
- Pick and scan orders accurately using RF guns.
- Minimize missed sales and losses through precise picking.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy, ensuring general maintenance of the warehouse floor.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in approach to work.
- Ensure adequate supply of products in pick locations by building and packing out pick locations.
- Promptly communicate any stock issues to the Stock Department for quick resolution.
- Meet team targets and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Report any concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
- Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with the company's H&S policy.
- Act professionally and courteously as an ambassador for the company.
Essential Criteria:
- Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Physical and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrated use of continuous improvement techniques.
- Results-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Desirable Criteria:
- NVQ in Warehouse Management.
- Experience using voice picking units.
- Organized and efficient.

- Monday - Friday
