Job Description
VANRATH are excited to be working alongside a leading Accountancy and Business Advisory organisation with a prestigious reputation for the recruitment of a VAT & Payroll Manager.
This is a Monday - Friday - Permanent position - there are flexible start and finish times available with this position. Hybrid working also available once settled in role.
This role will be based in the company's Dungannon Office

About you
- Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in managing work of members in a team
- Strong Communicator
The Role
- Responsibility for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality VAT and payroll services.
- Reviewing and managing the work of members within the team
- Co-ordinating and actively managing month/period end deadlines.
- Assisting clients transition from manual VAT records to computerised records.
- Adopting a continuous improvement mindset and suggesting improvements.
- Developing client relationships, identifying areas for ongoing support.
