About the candidate

Ideal applicants will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience designing digital user experiences
  • Background in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or related disciplines
  • Strong skills in conducting and synthesising user research
  • Experience across the product development lifecycle, from concept to optimisation
  • Expertise in Figma and contributing to design systems
  • Understanding of information architecture, systems design, and user behaviour analytics

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing engaging, straightforward, and high-performance experiences for consumers on the insurance marketplace
  • Leading user research initiatives to inform and validate design decisions
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams throughout product development
  • Supporting and evolving the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Actively participating in design community initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
