I had been dealing with a few of the team who were all excellent!
Robbie found the ideal part time job for me to match the skills I have and the hours I wanted to work.
I had a great experience using Vanrath and would recommend them to those looking a professional service!

I have had a great experience with Vanrath recently. They are a very professional organisation and a pleasure to work with. Ross Stevenson has been very helpful in matching me to my ideal job. The communication and support throughout the process has been excellent.

As a young student looking for short term work experience, Robbie Lemon from Vanrath was an immense help to me. He was able to find the exact job for me where I gained the best experience! Robbie was extremely understanding, helpful and had a great knowledge which made my experience with Vanrath excellent! I would highly recommend to everyone!

When I was looking for a new role recently, the first agency I got in touch with was Vanrath. My contact there was Neill Ferguson since I am in the Test Automation space within the Software industry. From the first time we met to discuss my requirements he was fantastic. Really took the time to understand exactly why I was looking to leave my current employer and what I wanted in a new role. He clearly understands the industry within Belfast. Within a few days I had a Skype interview set up and the next week had a face to face interview. During this time I only had one interview from another agency, and it wasn't 100% what I was after. I got an offer from that first one and Neill was happy to meet to discuss it. I gladly accepted it as it really was a perfect fit for me, and he knew it was. Once I had accepted, Neil treated me to lunch out to celebrate. Much better than the other agencies I have used for IT roles in Belfast. Genuinely wanted to help and do what was best for me. Very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

ou know them since long.
