Salary

£26,000 - £28,000 + Additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks & Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overseeing of the production of daily and weekly plans for the operations using Transport Planning systems.

• Overseeing the production of the daily and weekly plans for the operations using Transport Planning systems.
• Plan in accordance with driver hours legislation
• Actively manage transport and warehouse KPIs
• They will also identify and report all operational problems to the Operations Manager on a regular basis, making recommendations for improvement as well as regularly analysing reports against KPI targets.
• Work to strict SLAs in terms of timescales and quality
• Analyse reports against KPI targets and advise on actions to improve results
• Analysing actual operational performance and amending planning parameters accordingly
• Communication with warehouse, admin and transport teams.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience in similar role
• Warehouse and Transport knowledge
• Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficient use of MS Excel
