About you
- Strong Administrative background with an eye for detail.
- Ability to handle an ever-changing workload.
- Be a clear communicator both externally, and internally with sales, finance, and accounts departments.
- Strong IT skills: MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid UK Driver's License.
What you'll do
- Transport planning of all orders to distribution centres across NI.
- Work with accounts and production departments to agree on transport plans.
- Plan driver schedules and rotas. Escalate complications where necessary.
- Track delivery timetables.
- Update changes and log on internal systems to maintain a high level of bookkeeping.
