VANRATH are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Transport Analyst for a market-leading business within the logistics and supply chain sector.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Randalstown, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily fleet activity, ensuring compliance with driver scheduling and operational standards.

  • Support ongoing training initiatives, including CPC and health & safety refreshers.

  • Investigate, record, and report on any road traffic incidents or operational breaches.

  • Liaise with insurers and external partners to maintain accurate claims and coverage records.

  • Oversee the administration of vehicle contracts, including lease agreements, disposals, and renewals.

  • Manage and audit digital platforms for fuel usage, vehicle tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Support the onboarding of new drivers, including licence verification and induction processes.

  • Ensure all regulatory permits, including Operator's Licence and waste collection documentation, remain valid.

  • Maintain structured records to meet compliance requirements and company standards.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet processes and safety culture.

About You:

  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confident with IT systems and digital tracking platforms.
