What You'll Do

You'll work closely with the Group Accountant to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across several entities. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain valuable experience across a wide range of accounting areas within a commercial environment.

  • Assisting with month-end close and preparation of management accounts
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and ad-hoc journals
  • Conducting intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Fixed asset accounting, including assets under construction
  • Accounting for loans, hire purchase, and foreign exchange
  • Supporting internal and external reporting
  • Assisting with audit preparation
  • Involvement in ad-hoc tasks and finance projects

About You

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and develop commercial awareness
