What You'll Do
You'll work closely with the Group Accountant to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across several entities. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain valuable experience across a wide range of accounting areas within a commercial environment.
- Assisting with month-end close and preparation of management accounts
- Preparing bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and ad-hoc journals
- Conducting intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed asset accounting, including assets under construction
- Accounting for loans, hire purchase, and foreign exchange
- Supporting internal and external reporting
- Assisting with audit preparation
- Involvement in ad-hoc tasks and finance projects
About You
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and develop commercial awareness
