Vanrath is partnering with a leading industry client to recruit a proactive Telesales Executive for their brand new Belfast office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic team and play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Growth Team Leader, you will focus on converting prospects into loyal customers, maximising account value, and providing outstanding sales support. This is an office-based position, with potential room for flexibility in future.
Up to £29,000 basic (DOE) + High OTE (up to around 60% of salary ~£46,000+ OTE)
Key Responsibilities:
Deal with new business calls through very warm referrals (not cold calling)
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximise sales potential.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Optimise customer accounts to ensure maximum value is realised.
Support account managers with campaigns and client queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage subscription renewals and maintain high customer retention levels.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting.
Your Profile:
Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Results-driven with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Customer-focused, proactive, and organised.
Confident using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
