Technical Writer 2022 J2

My client are a well respected international Software House with a reputation for interesting work and a challenging Domain. This business can boast many Blue Chip clients and they have seen year on year growth over the past six years.

Role and Responsibilities:

*Translate complex technical requirements into compelling content for a variety of audiences whilst working closely with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to craft engaging product content to drive engagement and retention.
*Identifying areas for improvement in the existing methods of internal and external content creation and communication.

Requirements:

*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*A third level/Diploma in English/Journalism would be desirable but not essential.
*Strong experience of how all aspects of content strategy fit into an agile product development lifecycle.
*Previous experience as either a Technical Writer, Digital Content Manager, web writer or content editor would be very beneficial for this role.
*Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders to shape messaging for a B2B product.
*Experience in creating content for a Knowledge Base, Help Centre or corporate L&D
